Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the websites and catering services provided by Indy Harvest Catering (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By requesting a quote, booking an event, or using our website, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

We provide catering and related event services as described in your quote, proposal, or event agreement. The specific menu, headcount, pricing, dates, and service details for your event are set out in that written agreement, which works together with these Terms.

2. Quotes and Estimates

Quotes are based on the information you provide unless stated otherwise. Final pricing may change if your headcount, menu, date, location, or service requirements change.

3. Bookings and Deposits

Your event is confirmed once we receive your signed agreement and a deposit of of the estimated total. The deposit reserves your date and is applied toward your final balance.

4. Payment

The remaining balance is due. Late payments may result in rescheduling or cancellation of services. Prices do not include taxes, gratuity, delivery, or other fees unless stated in your agreement.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us in writing as soon as possible.

7. Dietary Needs and Allergies

We accommodate many dietary needs and will take reasonable care to honor requests you provide in advance. However, our food is prepared in kitchens that handle common allergens, and we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. You are responsible for informing us of all dietary restrictions and allergies before your event.

8. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate event details and safe, reasonable access to the event location, including power, space, and facilities needed to perform the services. You are responsible for any required permits or venue approvals.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to our services will not exceed the amount you paid for the event. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including weather, natural disasters, utility failures, labor disruptions, or government actions. In such cases we will work with you in good faith to reschedule.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located in Indiana.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, with an updated date at the top of this page.
